2/19 Saturday - went to the gym... 15 minute warm up, 2 miles at 5mph...15 minutes cool down...good for me... stretched everything out, hoping not to be hurting too badly tomorrow... when I want to go to the gym again and go running again! I read an article about how long it takes to develop a habit... 66 days they said. So, I'm definitely through that period...though I haven't done 66 days of workouts...so, we'll see...

2/17 Thursday - went to the gym despite being up til 3 am studying last night... 15 minute warm up, 2 miles at 5 mph (faster than usual!), and 15 minute cool down... stretched after, did some sit-ups...
