3/18 Friday - Oh my! What a busy week it has been! So my exercise schedule took a hit... but I'm back at it and I ran outside for 2 miles and did some warming up and cooling down too... The second mile took roughly 13 minutes, but I had to stop covering ground at one particularly long stop light... so my pacing is pretty much the same as I do inside on the treadmill! Note to self, use vaseline before run to avoid chafing!

3/10 Thursday - Decided to mix it up and save time by exercising on the way to my appointment. I warmed up walking for 10 minutes-ish and then started jogging and jogged roughly 1.4 miles in about 20 minutes? Then I was at my appointment and still felt pretty good, so I thought I could just jog back... I jogged about 1.1 miles (according to MapMyRUN) and walked the rest of the way home... so in total I jogged about 2.5 miles. But I really should start using my inhaler again...boo cold air on lungs...

3/6 Sunday - I'm pretty sure I exercised this day... yes... I did, it was after making a video with Jill May... I jogged for 2 miles after warming up for 15 minutes... I forget the pace, but I totally did it. Phew! 6 miles in one week! With minimal pain! Yay!.

3/5 - Saturday - warmed up for 15 minutes walking, then jogged for 2 miles at 4.5 mph... then walked for 15 minutes...
