Got up early, jogged from the walgreens to thorndike and back...apparently it was only 1.8 miles, but whatever...battle won.

8/26 - Friday - 15 minute warm up walking at 4.0 mph, 30 minutes at 5.0 mph, 15 minutes at 4.0 mph. My heart rate was good for a solid 30 minutes. I walked and definitely cooled down well, but I didn't really stretch. I haven't been eating consistently enough, so I felt really weird later.

8/21 - 48 minutes on the elliptical... 30 minutes in a heart rate program to keep me at 75% of my max heart rate? That does make you work hard, doesn't it!? 18 minutes just warming up and cooling down... Really getting sporadic here... it is tough to work and exercise... I'm going to have start exercising after work... which is going to stink...but probably be worth the sexiness/healthiness...

8/12 - over an hour of ellipticalling, 30 minutes of fat-burn, and over 30 minutes of Target heart rate program...which somehow got me on 10 difficulty. That got pretty challenging, and my heart rate was definitely up there... Despite my lack of exercising the past couple of weeks, my weight hasn't gone up at all. Phew!

7/25 Monday - 2.5 miles of jogging for roughly 30 minutes. And I finished it with a little walking and stretching... I am really impressed that I jogged 2.5 miles in 70 degree weather at 5.0 mph. I couldn't have done that last October! Good for me! Yay!

7/23 Saturday - 12.5 minutes at 1, 35 minutes at 6 or 7, 12.5 minutes at 1... felt good, did some stretching... went to a red sox game and sweated for 3 hours doing nothing. Next workouts: M, T, W, R - 2 higher intensity, and two lower.

7/20 Wednesday - 15 minutes at 1, 30 at 6 and 7, 15 minutes at 1. Felt really good. Also did crunches & stretches.

7/19 Tuesday - 5 minutes at 1, 30 at 6, 5 minutes at 1. Okay, so... that is only 1 time this week, so I am planning to exercise W, F, & Sunday. 4 times in the week! That is the goal. (update... didn't happen, but I did 3 times!)

7/18 Monday - I think I didn't exercise this day. I know it was just yesterday...but all these days are blurring together...
7/17 Sunday - I did exercise this day... 15 minutes elliptical at 1, 30 at 6, 15 minutes at 1... but that was 4 times in the week. So that is great!

7/8 Friday 2.6 miles of walking around town, 2.5 minutes warming up on the elliptical at 8 incline to work the booty and back of the legs, then 25 minutes at 10 resistance, then 2.5 minutes cooing down... and very quick walk home for a shower in this crazy heat... I was really struggling to keep going on this workout...
