1/17 - Monday - 65 minutes of elliptical machining... trying to drown a little sorrow in exercise...then I found ice cream and a cupcake...oh dear. My right shin hurt this morning, but hurts less now...

1/15 - Saturday - 60 minutes of jogging at 4.5 mph... plus 10-15 minute warm up and 10 minute cool down... I finally got back that mysterious warming feeling in my legs that might be related to a "runner's high" of sorts. It was funny to feel it, not pain, not really numb, just like, strong and energized...hmmm... had to really fight for the last 10 minutes of the run. Just kept telling myself it was mental and kept going.

1/14 - Friday - 50 minutes of the weird elliptical machine that doesn't lock you into a particular movement... with a little stretching afterward...
