1/9 Sunday - too long in between entries here, but I was in transit for 4 days and working for 2... so hopefully I can get back on track with a more regular schedule. I went into the gym today after declining dinner with a friend knowing I should go exercise. So I went in, walked for 10 minutes (.5 mile), jogged for 60 minutes averaging a 4.1 mph pace, with a half a mile of it uphill... cooled down, now taking an ibuprofen, icing my shin in the hopes of avoiding worsening shin pain

1/2 Sunday - elliptical, 5 minute warm up, 30 minutes at 10, 5 minutes cooling down at 1, did situps, going to be on a plane/traveling for 15 hours... so, trying to tire my body out a bit... it's not running, but at least I'm exercising... I'm going to try running before I leave for Minnesota on Thursday!
