Lots of new workouts! Down to 172.6 lbs!

6/6 Monday - Elliptical for 15 minutes at 1, then 30 minutes at 9, then 15 minutes at 1 for 575 calories burned

6/5 Sunday - Walked to the bus stop, cleaning up trash, then got onto the elliptical for 35 minutes at 9 to burn 350 calories.  I'm enjoying being back on track exercise-wise.  I think if I was on vacation all the time, it is possible I could exercise a lot more.  Alas.

6/4 Saturday - Elliptical for 15 minutes at 1, then 30 minutes at 9, then 18 minutes at 5/1...for 600 reported burned calories.

6/3 Friday - Elliptical for 15 minutes at 1, then 30 minutes at 8, then 10 minutes at 1 for 500 calories burned.

6/2 Thursday - Elliptical for 15 minutes at 1, then 30 minutes at 8, then 15 minutes at 1...and a few extra minutes until I hit 600 reported burned calories.  First day home, planning to exercise a lot more now.

Kept moving... moved on saturday...very hot.  Could not exercise.

5/24 Tuesday - moving lots of stuff... involved lots of stairs and lifting and soreness...counting as exercise.

5/20 Friday - 5 miles walked with Mully, rough day, too tired to run.

5/16 Monday - Jogged from appt. in Coolidge Corner... thought I had traveled 2 miles, but I guess I only went 1.82 miles... an hour earlier I started to jog and traveled over .25 miles... so I figure together I got to 2 miles... (I'm getting less strict about this, but my goal is to be just getting active and more fit and able to just go jogging without planning too much, so... this is a good start!) and I probably walked .5 mile too...

5/14 Saturday - Okay, I did not run today, but I walked over 30 minutes in the morning... and then I walked a fair amount during an apartment crawl...
