New workouts! I've lost 1 inch on each of my measurements since February!

6/15 Wednesday - Elliptical for 30 minutes at 10, then 5 minutes at 1
Total 82   Sedentary Nature 2     Scheduling difficulty 8     Injury 5

6/14 Tuesday- Elliptical for 15 minutes at 1, then 30 minutes at 8, then 15 minutes at 1 for 550 calories.
Total 81   Sedentary Nature 2     Scheduling difficulty 8     Injury 5

6/13 Monday-Elliptical for 35 minutes at 1.  Burned 260 calories.  Have been feeling a little pressure in my joints...part of me is concerned about repetitive motion problems, and another part of me thinks I should suck it up...maybe I should start throwing in jogging, but if I did it from my house, it would involve incline...so I might have to drive somewhere to run...or I could just walk from my house... hmmmm...

6/12 Sunday-Elliptical for 15 minutes at 1, then 30 minutes at 8, then 15 minutes at 1 for 550 calories.

6/11 Saturday-I'm not sure I exercised this day.

6/10 Friday-Elliptical for 15 minutes at 1, then 30 minutes at 10, then 15 minutes at 1 for 600 calories burned.

6/9 Thursday- Elliptical for 17 minutes at 1, then 30 minutes at 9, then 15 minutes at 1 for 600 calories burned.

6/8 Wednesday - Elliptical for 15 minutes at 1, then 30 minutes at 9, then 15 minutes at 1 for 550 calories burned - I was running before I ate or drank to artificially decrease weight, which I probably shouldn't keep doing because it makes it hard to keep my energy up for exercising.
