6/19 Sunday - 46 minutes at 8, and 14 at 5...lowest weight in a loong time!

6/17 Friday - The days are blurring together here... when did I exercise, what did I do? I'm not sure. But today I definitely did 15 minutes at 1, 30 at 9, and 15 minutes at 1 again...

6/16 Thursday - Not sure how long I exercised, but I think it was an hour. I know I was cranky because I hadn't eaten and I got annoyed at my sister in the morning...and her day at work did not go so well. Not sure these were related, but magical thinking says...obviously yes. The exercise was between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
