2 more workouts! Go Laura!

2/19 Saturday - went to the gym... 15 minute warm up, 2 miles at 5mph...15 minutes cool down...good for me... stretched everything out, hoping not to be hurting too badly tomorrow... when I want to go to the gym again and go running again!  I read an article about how long it takes to develop a habit... 66 days they said.  So, I'm definitely through that period...though I haven't done 66 days of workouts...so, we'll see...

2/17 Thursday - went to the gym despite being up til 3 am studying last night... 15 minute warm up, 2 miles at 5 mph (faster than usual!), and 15 minute cool down... stretched after, did some sit-ups...

February workouts!

2/13 Sunday - Thanks to a frustrating conversation with my mom and the suggestion of my roommate Leia, I went to the gym today! 60 minutes of ellipticalling and I must have done a little something else since laundry takes 27 minutes +50 minutes, and I was doing stuff until my laundry had 10 minutes left... good for me!

2/12 Saturday- I'm a little confused about when I last exercised... I think it was last Saturday or Sunday... and then this was a pretty rough week and I didn't get to it again until today.  But... today I went to the gym, warmed up for 15 minutes, ran 2 miles...right shin keeps feeling sharpish pain on food landing, walked 10 minutes, stretched...got a bad weight this morning...might reflect the rough week.

2/6 Sunday - Thanks Facebook... I did run this day... ran 2 miles, traveled 4 in total

2/5 Saturday... forgot to ice it.  I could go to the gym and do the elliptical... hmmm... we'll see how it goes...

2/4 Friday... Fail. I would have exercised today, but I was busy all of the hours that I would have been able to go to the gym. Boo. And my shin hurts... should ice it.
