new posts... I had a lapse in keeping track & exercising!

5/13 Friday - Went on a long walk/run today... note to self.  Wear sunscreen, even after 2:30 pm... got a touch of color, but not too bad, phew!  traveled 5.11 miles! Legit jogged 2 miles, though there was some extra jogging, quick walking, sprinting, resting, water grabbing...felt good, lungs really feel like the weakness, still fighting off this cough that seems related to allergies, but it is difficult to make it die when i keep coughing! grrr...  but it was a beautiful day, and Mully was such a good boy to run with!

5/11 Wednesday - I have no explanation for this lapse in journaling.  I think I ran a mile somewhere in there, but clearly, I didn't record it.  So, today I was on the elliptical machine for 50 minutes, with 30 minutes at 8 difficulty.  I traveled 4 miles, and burned 500 calories according to the machine.  Yay.  I am at my lowest weight since 2010, so I must be eating better.  Hoping to keep that up and keep up the exercising.
