Celebrated my one year of continuing fitness on Oct 15!

11/6 Jogged 2 miles a little faster than usual... 21 minutes instead of 24... that's good!  felt lots better in my breathing....no pain in my lungs!

11/5 Jogged 1.2 miles home from volunteering at animal shelter... felt better...

11/4 Jogged 2 miles; I have started pre-treating for asthma ahead of my runs with increasing success...

I don't know what happened here... i probably exercised a bit, but stopped a bit too.

10/14/11 Friday Jogged 2.2 miles to earn my Indian Food.  Jogged from Coolidge Corner to Packard's Corner and back.  Overcame terrible weather and got soaked to the bone, waded through street's disgustingly deep with gross water.  It was awful.  But I did it.  Go me.

10/2 Sunday - Jogged from School Street to Packard's Corner and back to Coolidge Corner = 2.6 miles!  Score!

10/1 Saturday - Went to the gym at 9:30 AM despite being a little hungover... exercised on the elliptical for an hour... at 1 for 15 mins, at 8 for 30 mins, at 1 for 20 mins.  Feeling good about that... go Laura!

9/28 Wednesday - Jogged 2 miles before work!

9/25 Sunday - there was no brunch... but i jogged 2 miles to verndale st!

9/24 Saturday - Walked 3.25 miles.  Have a busy day today, feel the need to rest for a bit.  Need to run tomorrow morning.

9/23 Friday - So exhausted...slept from 2 pm to 7:00 PM.  Whoops.

9/21 Wednesday - Jogged 2 miles before work!

9/18 Sunday - Jogged 1.5 miles to brunch, and then walked 1.6 miles back.  Feeling back on track, but worried about keeping up my self-care... planning to exercise wednesday morning, thursday morning, friday & saturday, sunday... but 2 of those need to be at the gym so I don't get injured again!

9/17 Saturday - This is more like it... jogged 1.8 miles today, again forgetting that i need to go to the street before verndale... whatever that is...good job, and i stretched well after since my hips were angry yesterday.

9/15 - Thursday - Got up early, jogged from walgreens to verndale and back...2.12 miles in 25 minutes (5.17 mph) sad to weigh myself and realize I'm 8 lbs up from when I started work 6 weeks ago... boo...work is stressful, eh?  Oh well, getting back on track, go me!
