12/28 - 2/19! 6 workouts behind this time last year! boo...

2/19 Sunday - Okay, I'm 6 workouts behind this time last year... so I'm accounting for half of those with Sedentary nature and half scheduling difficulty.  Today I went to the gym and did 15 minutes warm up on the elliptical, 30 minutes at 8, 15 10 at 1, and then I did crunches and stretched legs, hips.

2/18 Saturday - I went to the gym and it was freaking closed!  boo.  So I walked up and down 4 flights of stairs in my building for 25 minutes and got super sweaty...I stopped when I decided that it wasn't really safe to keep climbing them because I could fall and die.  so... 25 minutes was it!

1/27 - Elliptical machine for 30 minutes at 10, 19 minutes cool down ...traveled 5 miles on the elliptical, whatever that means...

1/22 - Sunday -Elliptical machine for 15 minutes warm up 30 minutes at 8 or 10, 15 minutes cool down ...

1/14 Saturday - Jog w/cool ipod thing & pedometer... (jogged 3.34 miles according to the ipod, but 2.8 on the map... I had to jog in place a couple times, maybe that messed something up?  Not sure)  Let's call it 2.8 miles in 30 minutes... 10.75 minutes/mile assuming the lowest mileage...walked 20 minutes to cool down post running, did stretches in hopes of avoiding shin splints, then iced shins, then took hot bath...ate an ibuprofen...hoping for the best... tomorrow I should probably elliptical instead of run...

1/13 Friday - Jog w/cool ipod thing + pedometer.  Jogged 3.04 miles in 30 minutes!!!  little warm up, little cool down, did lots of crunches, had some lower back pain after I stopped  moving....that was annoying... feel like some yoga could help a little later...

1/6 Friday - Jog w/pedometer.  Jogged 2.25 miles, warmed up, sorta bad cool down...oops.

1/1 Sunday - Elliptical machine for unknown amount of time... oh dear...tracking was hard here....might not have done it...

12/31 - Saturday - Elliptical machine for 30 minutes at 10 and 10 minutes at 1...forgot to use my pedometer...

12/30 - Friday - Hmmm...I'm back tracking...I don't remember if I exercised this day... this was the day before the power outage... I can't remember...It looks from the step counter that I did 62 minutes...don't know what I was doing!

12/29 Thursday - Elliptical machine for 15 minutes at 1 for warm up, 15 minutes at 8...then I was feeling really slow and tired, so I finished with 30 minutes back at 1...

12/28 Wednesday - Elliptical machine for 15 minutes warm up, 30 minutes at 8, 15 minutes of cool down, exercising every day until new year's should help make up for a slow month...
